1. General Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies based on the type of service purchased.

a. Digital Services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, IT Management, etc.)

• Refunds are only applicable if a request is made within 7 days of payment, provided that work has not yet started.
• Once work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the progress of the project.
• If the project is 50% or more completed, no refund will be issued.

b. Subscription-Based Services

• Subscription fees for services like hosting, maintenance, and marketing plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• If you cancel before the next billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

c. Third-Party Services

• Fees paid for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid advertisements, API integrations) are non-refundable as they are subject to the policies of external providers.
• Growbient Ventures LLP does not control third-party refund policies.

d. Custom Software Development & Consulting

• Custom software, applications, or consultancy services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If cancellation is requested before the start of the project, we may process a partial refund after deducting any administrative or initial setup costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

a. Service-Based Cancellations

• Clients can request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order for full refunds (if work has not started).
• If work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the completed percentage of the project.
• Once the project is delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

b. Subscription-Based Cancellations

• Subscription services can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.
• No refunds will be given for the remaining period of an active subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A refund request will only be considered if:
✔ The service is not as described in the agreement.
✔ There are unresolved technical issues caused by us.
✔ The request is submitted within the applicable refund window.

A refund request will not be considered if:
✘ The client changes their mind after project initiation.
✘ The delay is due to client-side issues, such as unresponsiveness or failure to provide necessary materials.
✘ The client violates our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, you must:

1. Send an email to info@growbient.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Service Name] or Cancellation Request – [Your Service Name].
2. Include your name, contact details, order number, reason for the request, and any supporting documents.
3. Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with an approval or denial.

5. Refund Processing Time

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method.
• Transaction fees and administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Growbient Ventures LLP is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.
